A military coordination bulletin released through ANP on 31 October claimed seven armed opponents had been “neutralised” during operations across the country. The account covers earlier October events, rather than seven deaths on publication day.

Near the Nigerian border, the army said raids destroyed bases and around 20 shelters and recovered weapons and bomb-making materials. In northern Niger, it described killings and seizures on 20 and 22 October, including hundreds of communications devices. These remain military claims without independently confirmed casualty figures.

In the east, former Boko Haram fighters and their families presented themselves to military authorities in Bosso on 24 October and handed over two rifles. The bulletin did not specify how many people surrendered. It also described food distributions to vulnerable communities in several operational areas.
